Guest Services Coordinator
Answer high volume of incoming calls, scheduling appointments and providing technical service/general information.
Actively participate in guest services incentive programs for team members on a regular basis.
Implement effective selling strategies to up-sell services and notify guests of specials.
Responsible for efficiently and effectively booking all services for the salon and spa.
Maintain a cohesive, cooperative work environment through team building and motivation.
Must maintain a high level of professionalism with team members and guests.
Provide administrative support to the salon director.
Perform other duties as assigned and/or required.
Looking for an upbeat, customer service oriented individual.
Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent. College education and/or degree preferred.
2-3 year call center experience preferred.
Time Management: ability to organize and manage multiple projects.
Must have prior customer service experience, preferably in a busy call center.
Must be able to handle high call volume.
Must be detail oriented.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; must be articulate in English.
Commitment to company mission and vision.
Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
